Events

The International & Global History calendar at Harvard has two main components:

  • Harvard Graduate Student Conference on International History (ConIH)
The Harvard Graduate Student Conference on International History meets over two days each spring, typically in mid-March. At ConIH, advanced graduate students from around the world present their research, with each paper assigned a faculty commentator. Each year focuses on a different theme within international & global history.

  • Harvard International & Global History Seminar (HIGHS)
The Harvard International & Global History Seminar meets four times each term to discuss cutting-edge work in international history. For this year's seminar schedule, see here. Past seminars can be found here.
